Mo Lynn Stoycoff

Mo Lynn Stoycoff's poems have appeared or are forthcoming in Southern Poetry Review, The Florida Review, Intima: Journal of Narrative Medicine, California Quarterly and other journals and anthologies.

 

Mo is a longtime activist from Central California, and was the writer for the popular Get Off Yer Ass column in Alive n’ Kicking music magazine (Sacramento, CA), inspiring readers to take meaningful action to change their world.

 

Through poetry and personal essay, Mo turns an inquisitive eye toward the natural world and its becoming and undoing, the science of the body and brain, and the complications of family and ancestry. Her poems about isolation written during the pandemic have been widely published and are currently being compiled into a collection.
